This allows keeping the videos on S3, for example, although this does
require downloading the video from S3 that you just uploaded.

Django throws a warning if you paginate a queryset without an explicit
ordering.

Instead of fixing anything it just entered an infinite loop.

Fix for #17.

This class was removed in Wagtail 1.8, replaced by a few utility
functions.

Added quality field to transcode form. Created method of transcoding using different qualities for each media format

Made generating transcodes happen in seprate thread to stop the blocking of the frontend. Also got rid of proxy method for video model - we don't need custom models
