Added quality field to transcode form. Created method of transcoding using different qualities for each media format

Got rid of extra option for ffprobe, also added new logging for errors and changed video duration to a duration field

Added duration field to video, retrieved using ffprobe. Also updated the way post-save fields are generated

Made generating transcodes happen in seprate thread to stop the blocking of the frontend. Also got rid of proxy method for video model - we don't need custom models
