This allows keeping the videos on S3, for example, although this does
require downloading the video from S3 that you just uploaded.

This class was removed in Wagtail 1.8, replaced by a few utility

Allow users to change the thumbnail. Use the thumbnail as the poster for the video. Also fixed bug with transcoding form always passing no data

Made generating transcodes happen in seprate thread to stop the blocking of the frontend. Also got rid of proxy method for video model - we don't need custom models
